The land, in addition of being cultivated with coffee, has three blocks of natural forest and has a water source. The annual production of the land is 175 quintals gold. The process I do is natural, roasted and washed. I belong to the association of producers of special coffee Santa María (CAFESA), so my farm has fair trade and organic certifications. I am currently studying cupping at the national school promoted by the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFE), the idea is to control the quality of my own coffee and experiment with different processes.
